Still at it.

Not much has changed in the last 5 days. In the last 24 hours, Dylan has taken between 2 and 35 mls per feeding.  We keep trying new things to help, but nothing seems to be making a huge difference.

One change was adding rice cereal to thicken the milk.  We thought that maybe if it was going in slower, Dylan would avoid choking and bradying.  It seems to be reducing the bradies at the beginning of the feeding, but he's still having them pretty frequently.

We also switched to Dr. Brown's bottles.  These bottles have extra parts that are supposed to reduce the amount of air the baby takes in.  I also liked that they have a preemie nipple although we switched to a level two nipple because of the extra thickness.

I just wanted to give everyone a quick update...

My new "fingers crossed" go home before date is Valentine's Day.  That gives him two weeks to get it. (I'm not very confident about it though.)
